  Hi @lisajcpa:

  There are several ways you can retrieve voicemail from any phone. Assuming you are asking to retrieve your own voicemails from an OfficeSuite phone;

  1. You can call your extension from any phone, follow the prompts and retrieve your voicemail.
  2. You can go to any phone and log in with your phone PIN and retrieve your voicemails by selecting the voicemail button.
  3. You can go to the WE Connect Portal and check the voicemail widget
  4. You can go to My Voicemail under My Services in the WE Connect portal and retrieve your voicemail.

  Hi @Clint Hibler:

  Everyone gets a phone PIN when the account is established. There is no way to retrieve your phone PIN but you can easily assign a new PIN from the WE Connect portal. You can find instructions on how to do that here.
