Providing tools to help our users navigate and manage their Windstream Enterprise online portal experience. Changes in this release:

Order Management - Your Daily Summary.

Log in each day to get a snapshot of where your orders are in flight. These new summary modules display your order backlog by current phase. Click on any of the data points, and the listing below will filter to display to only those orders, providing you the detail to manage your business.

  • Today’s Order Summary module gives a breakdown of the orders In Progress, Complete and Ordered in the widget’s set timeframe.
  • In Progress Orders module shows the sub-status of open orders.
  • Upcoming Installations module displays a calendar view of the current month and future months for important installation activity.

Service Installation Guide. Provides users with an overview of the phases that we'll take together to install your new service. It also gives details of both WE and your organizations responsibilities during the process. (Located in the Orders tab)
