WE Connect Release - 2/16/2023 - Sprint 67
Providing tools to help our users navigate and manage their Windstream Enterprise online portal experience. Changes in this release:
General User Interface Improvements. Helpful elements to provide clarity on how your data is presented in the site.
• SASE (under SERVICES) is now called SASE/SSE to include the Secure Service Edge option that is also available through Windstream Enterprise services.
• Network Maintenance (under SUPPORT) is now called Scheduled Network Maintenance Calendar to better reflect the events that may impact your locations.
• Order Types (under ORDERS) have removed the display of tasks associated with non-service effecting activity.
• Contact management activities (under AUTHORIZED COMPANY CONTACTS) now have text labels on each icon to help users identify their function.
Rest assured with Paperless! When you switch to paperless invoice delivery, we'll remind you sign up to get notified each month as soon as soon as your invoice is available to review online. The email or text links you directly to your portal account where you are given a wide range of options to make payment.
MANAGING USERS In the Mobile App: Identify your portal users by their status type (Active, Inactive, Pending Registration, Pending Invitation). Then, based on the status, manage their interaction (Send initial invite, Resend invite, or delete user).
Invoice Reporting has a great new look. A simple step-by-step interface now guides you to the reports available on a given billing account.
