The Support > WE Connect U is your one-stop shop for WE Connect guides, videos and resources. A dynamic improvement this month ensures relevant reference guides related to active Windstream Enterprise services display in this self-help area.
Improved User Manager Customization
The WE Connect User Manager allows Administrators to customize permissions for users down to the service and location, where applicable. The improved grid design displays customization in an expandable section with easy to view options.
Improved Order Details
Order Details now contains two tabs, Services and Critical Dates. The two tabs improve visibility by reducing the need to scroll to view details.
Moving the email icon to the Project Coordinator card improves the visibility of this communication option on open orders.
