Your WE Connect Support teams are always working on ways to make it easier for you to do business. The following enhancements and modifications are just some of the areas where WE are making this happen.


Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) is a premier product, providing next-generation integration of network and security technologies resulting in enhanced security and protected networking. In June, WE Connect rolled out a new options to create a service ticket request specifically for SASE issues. In July, the WE Connect launch pad for SASE is complete with two new features: User Management product permissions and Single-Sign On (SSO) with the SASE Cato portal. Portal Admins with the SASE product control the level of visibility and access for users in WE Connect. In User Manager, Admins may set the product permissions for users in an easy to use interface.

When the new or edited user logs into WE Connect, the Services > Product > SASE Cato top-meu link seamlessly opens the SASE Cato product management tools.

Managing Portal Users Permissions – (Admin Only feature)

One of the most fundamental sections of the WE Connect portal is adding and managing users of the portal account. What a user sees in the portal is based on their level of permissions, and it’s the Portal Admins that define the access permissions of each user based on account and feature. A new access level selector allows the Admins greater visibility to what is being selected and search capability to edit. This option is available for Orders, Billing, Support and many Services.
