Your WE Connect Support teams are always working on ways to make it easier for you to do business. The following enhancements and modifications are just some of the areas where WE are making this happen.


A new feature called Quick Look makes it simple to see the latest status of a service request ticket.  

This new and optional view presents immediate details on the current status of the ticket, the action in progress, and the latest comments from the technician handling the service ticket. When the viewed ticket is Active, a quick action bar gives easy access to the functions available on the ticket. Enable the new Quick Look feature today by hitting the option menu on the Service Ticket Requests grid.
