BILLING - WE CONNECT PAYMENT CENTER
WE Connect simplifies making payments on multiple accounts with the new WE Connect PAYMENT CENTER. The WE Connect Payment Center is a FULL SERVICE for Enterprise customers to
- View all billing accounts in one place
- See current balances
- Link to specific account summaries
- AND NOW -- pay multiple billing accounts at once!
Reach the Payment Center area via a new link under the BILLING top-menu.
Once you enter the Payment Center, you will see a listing of all your billing accounts. Check out the How To guide for Payment Center here.
REPORT – ALL ACTIVE TN DOWNLOAD
WE Connect helps Windstream Enterprise customers maintain inventory knowledge every day. Manage Locations displays the active telephone numbers associated with a service location. This month, we’ve released an easy button called ALL ACTIVE TN DOWNLOAD. Just hit the icon and WE Connect packages the details for all locations with active telephone numbers to an Excel file. We’ve added this easy button to the Manage Locations flyout, Dashboard Find Widget, Create Ticket, Circuit Inventory, and Invoice Reports.
BILLING HISTORY – IMPROVEMENTS
Windstream Enterprise increased the visibility of filter capabilities in the Billing History area. When a filter is applied to a grid, the filter in use is visible in the filter bar while collapsed or expanded.
When you move from the View & Pay Bill using the Billing History tile, the grid will auto-filter the results to equal the account you were viewing on the last page. Invoices also stand out on the Billing History grid by now displaying in bold type.
