Your WE Connect Support teams are always working on ways to make it easier for your to do business. The following enhancements and modifications are just some of the areas where WE are making this happen.
NEW - ALL ACTIVE TN DOWNLOAD
WE Connect is making it easy to track your voice telephone number inventory on all accounts. Strategically positioned in multiple areas of WE Connect, the new “All Active TN Download” icon produces a consolidated Excel formatted file download of all active voice telephone numbers by Account Number, Account Name, and Service Address. The icon is accessible from the pages Account Hierarchy, Manage Locations, Active Services, Circuit Inventory, and even Invoice Reports.
NEW – AUTHORIZED COMPANY CONTACTS & NOTIFICATIONS
WE Connect is re-imagining smooth paths to manage the list of people your business authorizes work with Windstream Enterprise. A new area under the top-menu Account called “Authorized Company Contacts” displays the list of personnel within your business currently authorized to work with Windstream Enterprise. The new filter capabilities allow you to search by name, email address, account number, and even contact type. The display allows quick access to edit the contact records and subscribe for any number of notifications like Invoice Available Online, Order Status, Service Ticket Status, and Network Maintenance.
NEW – INTEGRATED MFA GOVERNED PERMISSIONS WITH USER CREATION
WE Connect is improving the management of product permissions requiring Multi-factor Authentication by adding the setting of these permissions to the user creation process. Now, when an Administrator is setting up a new user, the product specific permissions are selected up front in step 2. This enhancement allows users to immediately access services without delay.
