Your WE Connect Support teams are always working on ways to make it easier for your to do business. The following enhancements and modifications are just some of the areas where WE are making this happen.
Network Maintenance Details Print
Through the enhancement of the Network Maintenance display screen, the WE Connect team makes it easier for Windstream Enterprise customers to print and save maintenance details. A new stacked menu icon allows a network maintenance calendar event to print easily to a PDF or desktop printer. This makes sharing maintenance details with peers easy.
Convenience Fee Confirmation Notification
Now, tracking fees associated with online payments are easier with a newly designed confirmation email. The total payment amount is followed by the associated convenience fees, where applicable.
