View and pay bill does not show up on the dashboard.

I tried checking your account and it looks like you are not linked to an account in the system. Unfortunately, I cant be sure since I have limited access to the Kinetic area. This forum supports Enterprise Business customers not Residential and it looks like you have a Kinetic Residential account.
You can get more information on the various support options for Kinetic customers by going to the Kinetic Residential site @ https://business.windstream.com/support#/

We have made it simple do download your invoice on the WE Connect portal. Aside from the Billing Center, you can download your invoice right from the Billing Details Widget on your portal dashboard.
