Your WE Connect Support teams are always working on ways to make it easier for your to do business. The following enhancements and modifications are just some of the areas where WE are making this happen.
BILLING SETTINGS – NEW LOOK – We’ve updated our Billing Settings page, now you’ll see a new summarized view that gives you quick access to your Windstream Enterprise billing accounts. At a mere glance, you’ll see accounts on auto pay and paperless invoicing. You’ll be able to manage billing addresses, payment methods, schedule payments, and go paperless on more accounts, making it easier for you to do business across multiple accounts in your portal hierarchy.
VIEW & PAY BILL – MULTIPLE ACCOUNT SUMMARY – We have a new summary overlay on the View and Pay Bill page which gives you a snapshot of the billing accounts in your portal hierarchy. This includes the billing account number, billing address and balance. Just another enhancement directed at making the management of business across multiple accounts in your portal hierarchy easier.
SURVEY – NEW ON EVERY PAGE – WE Connect Support wants your feedback. A new survey is available in WE Connect on every page. Now made it even easier for you to let us know what you think. Just scroll to the bottom of any page within WE Connect and hit Feedback.
DISCONNECT – SUMMARY DOWNLOAD – The summary page on a service disconnect request is now downloadable.
PASSWORD EXPIRATION SETTING – ADMIN – Administrators with User Manager can now set the threshold for password expiration.
DEVICE MONITORING – ACCEDIAN – Windstream Monitored Accedian devices are now visible in Network Tools.
