How to save a contact as a Favorite in the WE Connect Desktop and Mobile Apps

When you save a contact as a favorite in the WE Connect apps, you can call or message them quickly and easily. The favorite functionality acts similarly to speed dials on desk phones. To save a contact as a favorite, follow these steps:

  1. In the WE Connect app, go to the Contacts section, and search for the contact you wish to save as a favorite.
  2. Select the start icon next to the contact name. The star should now appear filled in.
  3. Go to the Favorites tab on the Contacts screen to verify that the contact has been saved as a Favorite.
