WE Connect Support teams are always working on ways to make it easier to do business. The following enhancements and modifications are just some of the areas where WE are making this happen.

NETWORK MAINTENANCE– NEW STATUS INDICATORS - What you see is what you get. This sprint we focused on clarifying status in Support - Network Maintenance by incorporating visual indicators on the different status’s for Scheduled Network Maintenance Events. This enhances the summarized status on the Network Maintenance calendar view. Event types include: Upcoming, Complete, Cancelled, and Postponed.

REGISTRATION INVITATIONS – NEW LOOK - It wasn’t just our landing page that got a facelift recently. We now have a new look for the email invitations that are sent out from the WE Connect portal. Our new email template uses a much lighter color scheme and gives us a clean refreshed look, more in line with our overall branding.

VIEW AND PAY BILL RENOVATIONS – Over the next few sprints we will be making paying a Windstream bill so much easier!

Pay Now for users with saved payment methods: We have consolidated the payment screen to streamline the payment process, like including the saved Bank Account and Credit Card options in one display. The color of the selected tile has changed from an outline indicator to changing the whole tile a different color. This change makes it easier to identify what has been selected.

Stay tuned over the next few months for even greater enhancements in the Billing area.

INSIGHTS - Now customers have more control over what you see within the new Insights feature. When an Insight tile is visible, a gear icon allows configuration choice. You may elect to see more Insights similar to the tile presented or delete the insight and no longer see similar insights. Our new grouping process in the portal allows you to manage your own unique Insights experience.

USER MANAGER has also received some attention this sprint. For Administrators in the portal, we have expanded the data in the list of users, with:

More profile status types- Along with Active and Inactive, we’ve added Pending Invitation and Pending Activation.

Portal roles – Indications if the user is currently set up as an Admin, a User, an OfficeSuite Admin, or an OfficeSuite User.

Delete User Capability – Ability for an admin to completely remove a user from their account list.
