WE Connect Support teams are always working on ways to make it easier to do business. The following enhancements and modifications are just some of the areas where WE are making this happen.

User Profile Detail Card - WE simplified the expanded My Profile detail card. It now provides you with your last WE Connect log-in date.

Reporting Menu Modification - WE reorganized the reporting menu to better align with services on customer accounts.

Ticket Create Contact Modification - WE make it easier for customers to pick out the contacts when creating a ticket.
