I still need to know how in the WeConnect portal to change the number of rings
I asked this question yesterday and still need an answer please

You can easily change your voicemail rings by going to the My Call Forwarding Widget on your WE Connect dashboard and select the number of rings from the drop down menu. You can also go to Services>OfficeSuite>My Call Handling and select Call Forwarding at the bottom of the menu.
I went into Voicemail setting and could not find how to Change the number of rings,
Currently i have 2 users that when a caller gets to there voicemail it takes 8 to 10 rings before Voicemail will pick up. I need this to be changed to 3 or 4 rings
