How to: Pull Invoice Reports

WE Connect makes it easy to access a variety of Invoice Reports for additional analysis of billing details. The reports are available to select customers for invoice detail billed on the last three invoice periods.

Step 1: Go to “Reporting” on the navigation bar at the top of the screen.

Step 2: Select “Billing”

Step 3: Select “Invoice Reports”

 On the Invoice Reports screen, follow these steps:

Step 1: Select the billing account where the charges you’d like to analyze.

Step 2: Select the type of report.

Step 3: Select the invoice period you’d like to analyze.

Step 4: Hit “View Report”.

Step 5: Once there report results are displayed, hit Export to download the results to an Excel or PDF file.
