My old phone is no longer working and I cannot login to check out the SD-WAN.

I have called and spoke with all sorts of support departments. which department can remove my old device from the PingID and allow me to setup my phone phone?

    The help desk was able to locate your account and your device has been unpaired. Please attempt pairing the new device and let us know if you are successful.
