How to Manage Disconnect Requests

WE Connect Portal makes it easy to manage your Windstream account, online, by allowing you to manage the disconnection of services within the portal. This functionality does require Administrator permissions which gives them the ability to manage this service and grant access to other users.

NAVIGATING TO MANAGE DISCONNECTS:

  1. Select Services on the top navigation bar of the portal.
  2. Under Services, select Tools and then hit Manage Disconnects.
  1. Reach the Manage Disconnects landing page.

 LAUNCH A DISCONNECT REQUEST

Get Started: Hit Create New Request.

Follow the steps for each section. On each split screen, the activity is shown on the left side of the page and the right side presents instructions as you move along the process steps.
