    Hi rjfp2000,

    Have you logged into the WE Connect Portal? You should have received an invitation to the portal which has a link that you would activate to give you access to the portal. Once in the portal the navigation bar is at the top of the page. Please note that THIS is not the WE Connect Portal, it is a support forum for customers to get answers to frequently asked questions.
