Trouble Ticketing Redesign

WE Connect has updated it's trouble ticketing design to provide a better user experience, streamlined ticketing experience and provide better browser compatibility with Internet Explorer 11. Internet Explorer 11 is technically supported by Microsoft but we, like MS, recommend upgrading to Edge (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsforbusiness/end-of-ie-support).
