How do I create a Trouble Ticket?

In the case that you would like to submit a request for support/repair, here is how you would submit a ticket:

Step 1:  Select “Support” on the top navigation bar of the portal.

Step 2:  Under “Support” select “Support Requests”.



You may also launch a new support ticket within the “Support Request” widget. An example is below:



Step 3: Go to “Create New Support Request” on the top right of your screen. Once selected, this will begin guiding you through the process of creating a support ticket.

  • I got to the final step to submit a new trouble ticket and was greeted with "an unknown error has occurred". I tried in both Internet Explorer and Chrome. The EarthLink portal was bad enough, but at least I could open a ticket there.
