How do I modify a trouble ticket?
To modify a ticket or follow up on the status of an open ticket you can do the following:
Step 1: Select “Support” on the top navigation bar of the portal.
Step 2: Under “Support”, select “Support Requests”.
Step 3: In “Support Requests” you will see a historical list of tickets associated to your account (i.e. some will be closed, open, etc.). For those that are open, an arrow will be available to the far right of the ticket details. Selecting this will allow you to make modifications to the ticket.
You can also see the status of each ticket under the “Status” column.
