How to access the Primary VoIP Interface through WE Connect!

Windstream Enterprise is pleased to introduce WE Connect, which will replace all other Windstream portals. 

To help you transition from the current Primary VoIP Interface to WE Connect—and get the most out of this new experience—please take note of the following information. 

What you need to know
Access expiration: Access to the current Primary VoIP Interface through WOL or the Voice Center, will expire on August 22nd. At that time, you will be required to log into the new WE Connect portal for access. Until then you can continue using your current log in process. 

Portal registration: You should have received an email invitation to WE Connect. For your security, the new portal provides an additional layer of authentication. For access, you’ll need to register with a new password. Simply click the ‘Register Today’ button on your invite. 

Once logged in to WE Connect, go to:
Services > Products > VoIP > Managed Services

What's New
New look: We encourage you to take a look around the portal. Most of the features and functionality will remain but may have relocated.

Enhanced functionality: You now have the ability to change trunk to trunk routing and fail-over. Direct Trunk Overflow (DTO) enables business continuity for inbound calls in the event of service impairment or should all circuits be in use. You can automatically call to any alternate telephone number.
