How do I comment on a ticket

Hi pdefranco,
You may not have access to the Ticketing section. You will need to contact the admin on your account to get permission. If you are supposed to be the admin on the account you will need to go through the verification process with our Support team for access.5

I am the admin. We have had turnover and Ken and Doug are no longer with us. I need to add the rest of my team, because as of now, NOBODY can enter tickets.0

Gotcha Pete....I see you are delegated as User and not Admin for the portal.....I know Ken and Doug are no longer there, however, Alex, Nathan or Ed should be able to assist you with the access you need.
You can also call into support to open a ticket if needed as well.

Hey....Sorry for the inconvenience, we have theses steps for our customer protection.....I did have someone from our Concierge team go into the account and update your access, you should be good to go. Please let me know if this does not work for you.
