1.) OS International Update disclaimer language. 

2.) Modify the app to use the new DND symbol When the User has DND Enabled.

3.) Added Troubleshooting Popup message for missing VC++ redistributable library.

4.) WE Connect Desktop App going to not responding mode after leaving it to background mode.

5.) Bug fixes and performance improvement.
