How do I sign in and out of CCS from the WE Connect Desktop and Mobile Apps?

To sign in and out of Contact Center Services using the WE Connect Desktop and Mobile apps, follow the instructions listed below:

  1. Select the menu icon, then choose Contact Center Services
  2. Select the extension you want to sign in or sign out of from the drop-down list
  3. Chose the on/off toggle to sign in or sign out of CCS
