How To: Change voicemail settings within the WE Connect Portal?

To change your voicemails settings within the WE Connect Portal:

  1. Login to the WE Connect Portal -
  2. Select Services, then My Services, then My Voicemail Settings

Here, you can enable your voicemail notifications, choose your voicemail timezone and enable dial zero to redirect an incoming call, which gives the incoming caller the option to dial zero to be rerouted.
