How to: Access voicemails from the WE Connect Portal.

To access your voicemails via the WE Connect Portal, follow these steps:

  1. Login to the WE Connect Portal -
  2. Select Services, then My Services, then My Voicemail

On this screen you can perform the following actions by checking the voicemails you want to change and selecting the command at the top of the Voicemail table:

  • Mark voicemails as read
  • Mark voicemails as unread
  • Mark voicemails as returned
  • Mark voicemails as flagged
  • Delete voicemails
  • Refresh the page

You can also download any voicemail by selecting the Download icon to the right in each voicemail row.
