How To: Reset your OfficeSuite Voicemail or Extension PIN.
In the WE Connect Portal, rather than resetting your PINs, you can change both your Extension and Voicemail PIN by
1 . Going to Services on the navigation bar, selecting MyServices>MyExtensions
2 . Selecting which PIN you would like to change on the My Extension page, filling out the popup form and clicking save.
Only the user can change their Extension or Voicemail PIN.
