How can I setup my remote phone to hear a page from the Office?

When ever the Office pages me to pickup a call I can not hear the page and if I try and page someone to call me they can not hear me.

    Hi @Robin Loper :

    With OfficeSuite you can receive pages remotely from other phones under a couple of conditions:

    1. The person initiating the page and the person receiving the page have to be listed on the same site location.
    2. The person initiating the page and the person receiving the page have to have the same model phone (Mitel, Poly or Verge, the feature will not work on cordless or softphones).

    You can also use the phones intercom feature, which allows you to communicate with another user through the phone, but only if the recipient is not on a call. If the recipient is already on a call they will not hear the message.
