How to reset your phone/voicemail PIN.

You can change the existing PIN to a new PIN number by selecting Services>My Extensions from the WE Connect navigation bar at the top of the dashboard.

From My Extensions click the gear next to Extension PIN

From here you can select a new PIN and be sure to select the "Match voicemail PIN to extension PIN".
