How do I forward calls from my 16-Key LCD phone?

    Hi @mjlsfa;

    With OfficeSuite you can forward your call in several ways, you can forward them from the WE Connect portal, from the WE Connect Desktop App or From the WE Connect Mobile app.

    That said, you can forward from your Mitel 16 key phone if you've programmed a key for Call Forward, then you can press it and it will do what you've programmed it to do.

    If you have a Poly VVX 16key phone (VVX 601), you can enter the Call Fwd target number directly into the phone without using the portal.
