How do I change the outgoing Caller ID?

    Hey, so when we are calling out from the we-connect app the end-users are displaying NY number (631-302-441) instead of our company name, please advise?

    In OfficeSuite, any admin can change the Company outgoing caller ID. You just need to navigate to Manage Extensions on the WE Connect Portal. You can access Manage Extensions from the OfficeSuite Flyout Menu
    or by selecting Services>OfficeSuite>Phone System>Extension Manager from the navigation bar at the top of the screen.

    Once on the Extension Manager Page select extended view on the upper right hand side of the page.

    From here you can select what the outgoing caller id should be for any extension. Please note that the Caller ID will display whatever name you have given that site. So if you would like to display a specific name, make sure that the site number has that name.
