Windstream Enterprise offers a series of free training sessions created to “spotlight” specific topics. These classes are designed to make you the “expert” on the various features our award-winning phone system offers. Open to both employees and administrators.

Training for:

  • Administrator Training - Monday
  • HD Meeting/Softphone - End User/Admin - Monday
  • HD Meeting/Softphone - End User/Admin - Tuesday
  • HD Meeting/Softphone - End User - Tuesday
  • Polycom VVX Phone and Portal - End User - Wednesday
  • Administrator Training - Thursday
  • Mitel 6900 & Portal - End User - Tuesday
  • Private Training sessions also available.

    Does it cost anything to take one of the training classes you offer? Who do I need to ask to take another class? I am assuming it is a little different than the training we received when we were new customers.

    These training sessions are offered on a regular at no cost to our customers. To join any of these training sessions, you just need to click the link and add the session to your calendar. On that date you just click the meeting link to log into the call.
