When I log in, I do not see my dashboard.

Hi, When I log in, I do not see my dashboard. All I have is questions and answers. I can see how to access my account, but not how to get to my account. I think I am not logging in under my agency??

    Hi @MMSugden:

    I think you may be confusing this with the portal. This is not the WE Connect portal, this is the Windstream Enterprise Community forum for question and answers.

    I checked your account and it looks like you have not logged in since July. You can go to the portal log in page at we.windstream.com where you can log in with your username and password. If you do not remember your password you can use the "Having trouble signing in" link to reset it.
