I setup my password this morning and when I login to WEConnect, I get a screen that says "OOPS - there seems to be a problem loading your request". Any idea how to correct this?

Your account has been set up and appears active. I would suggest you use the "Having trouble logging in" link to reset your password and try logging in again. If that does not work you can reach support through our chat bot on the log in page, they can help troubleshoot further.
Thanks, Carmen. Unfortunately, changing the password did not help as I still receive the OOPs message. I am using Chrome, is there a better browser to use? I tried the chat bot but I can’t get anywhere with that and it won’t direct me to a live person. How can I speak to someone about this?
