How Existing OfficeSuite HD Meeting Customers Purchase More HD Meeting Licenses in WEConnect Portal

Most OfficeSuite HD Meeting customers are already familiar with the self-service functionality in WEConnect to add and manage HD Meeting licenses. It’s all done in real-time so additional users can get up and running with HD Meeting in a matter of minutes. There is no need to call into Windstream Sales or Support.

The customer’s WEConnect tenant administrator logs into the portal with their credentials at: WEConnect

From the WEConnect dashboard click on the HD Meeting Licenses widget or select Services > Products > OfficeSuite > HD Meeting Licenses menu option from the top navigation. You are brought to the OfficeSuite HD Meeting License page.

The Admin is brought to the OfficeSuite HD Meeting Licenses screen.
