    There was a short outage on Monday which was resolved almost immediately. If you are still experiencing issues please contact our Support team.

    Thanks Carmen. Waiting on an RFO but my understanding is there was a fiber cut which caused the issue for ~75 minutes. The Support phone lines were inaccessible at that time.
