Rename Meeting in Session

A host can rename a meeting while its in session. One of the reasons to rename is to easily identify a recording. A host can rename a meeting when they are running the meeting using their personal meeting id (PMI).

The host clicks the information icon in the top left corner of their screen

This will expand to show pertinent information about the meeting. The host can click on the pencil icon across from the meeting name to edit it to something more meaningful.  

iOS

A host on an iOS device can edit the meeting name by clicking on More > Meeting Settings during a meeting. Click on Meeting Topic to rename the meeting name.

Android

Hosts using an Android device can navigate to Meeting Settings while in a meeting to edit the meeting name. Click on Meeting Topic to rename the meeting.
