Join Meeting through Share Screen icon

Have you ever been called into an HD Meeting already in session to help explain something to the other participants that requires a screen share? Now there is an easy way to ‘pop’ into a meeting and quickly share screen.

The participant clicks the Share Screen icon on the homepage of the Windows and MAC desktop client or on the Meet and Chat screen of the iOS and Android App.

When Share Screen is clicked the participant will be prompted for the meeting id (and password if meeting has a password), then they will immediately be prompted to pick a screen to share.

When the participant has completed their discussion and they end screen share they are removed from the meeting.
