A Video Preview panel will appear before a participant joins a meeting. The participant can opt to Join with Video or Join Without Video. Proper presentation of oneself is important in meetings, so a preview before entering a meeting gives the participant the chance to see their appearance before other meeting participants. 

Note: Video Preview only appears to meeting participants. It does NOT appear to meeting hosts.

To use Video Preview, you must turn on Always Show video preview dialogue when joining a video meeting. This featured is enabled in Video Settings. Click the Settings gear icon toward the top right corner of the desktop client homepage. Choose the Video menu option. Click on Always show join video preview when joining a video meeting to enable the feature.

Mobile Apps

To enable Video Preview the HD Meeting mobile apps click the gear Setting icon at the bottom of the screen. Choose Meetings menu option. Toggle on Always Show Video Preview.
