If the host enables the recording setting ‘Recording Consent’, all participants attending the hosts meetings are prompted to acknowledge the meeting is being recorded, either when the recording starts or when they join a meeting that is already being recorded. This applies to participants joining from the Officesuite HD Meeting Windows and MAC desktop clients, the iOS and Android mobile apps, and the web. Every participant can choose to consent to enter/stay in the meeting or leave the meeting.
