End of Meeting Feedback Survey

When a meeting ends, attendees will be prompted to click either Thumbs up or Thumbs down. This information is collected and provided to the account administrator for analysis and improvements. Hosts can choose to display the survey at the end of every meeting or display the survey randomly.
To enable the End of Meeting Feedback survey, you must turn on Feedback to OfficeSuite, which adds a Feedback tab to your desktop client and mobile app Settings. This allows you to send HD Meeting feedback at any time about your meeting experience or about the HD Meeting desktop client or mobile app.
Enabling End of Meeting Feedback Survey
Prerequisite: Feedback to OfficeSuite feature enabled
To enable the End of Meeting Attendee Feedback feature:
1. Sign into the HD Meeting web portal.
2. Click Account Management > Account Settings (if you are an account administrator) or Settings (if you are a meeting host).
3. Navigate to the Display end-of-meeting experience feedback survey option on the Meeting tab and verify that the setting is enabled.
Click one of the radio buttons to display the survey after every meeting or randomly display the survey.
5. Note: If the option is grayed out, it has been locked at either the Group or Account level, and you will need to contact your HD Meeting administrator.
Using the End of Meeting Feedback Survey
1. After ending the meeting, the survey window will appear.
If you click Thumbs Up (Good), you will not be prompted for any additional information.
If you click Thumbs Down (Bad), you will be asked an additional question about what was wrong with the meeting.
