Contact Center Services (CCS) Release 7.2

CCS Release 7.2 is scheduled for production on 7/16 and 7/17.

The enhancements in this release include:

  • New API functionality
  • Group Agents
  • Merging of Phone and Web-based Agent sign-in methods
  • Emojis in Chats
