How to Add OfficeSuite HD Meeting to your OfficeSuite UC Service
It’s very easy for an OfficeSuite UC customer to add HD Meeting licenses to their account through the MyOfficeSuite (MyOS) portal. Purchasing and allocating licenses is a quick process. Users will receive a welcome email to activate their HD Meeting license almost instantly. There is no need to reach out to Windstream Sales or Support. MyOfficeSuite’s HD Meeting self-service capabilities gives our customers the ability to begin using HD Meeting in a matter of minutes!
You must log into the MyOS portal with tenant administrator credentials.
From the MyOS dashboard select the HD Meeting Licenses widget or select Other Services > HD Meeting from the top navigation.
Customers without any HD Meeting licenses - the HD Meeting Licenses widget will have a “BUY” button. When the customer clicks “BUY” they will be presented with an OfficeSuite HD Meeting Overview Video and an option to “Buy HD Meeting”. They should click “Buy HD Meeting” to get to the OfficeSuite HD Meeting Licenses page.
Customers with HD Meeting licenses - If the customer is already using HD Meeting, the HD Meeting Licenses widget will have a “Manage” button. When they click “Manage” they will automatically be taken to the OfficeSuite HD Meeting Licenses page.

Do Not Wrongfully Post Content
Make sure you have the right to publish any content you post to the Windstream Enterprise Community, and do not violate the privacy of others.
Be Fruitful, but Do Not Multiply
Do not create multiple accounts to violate these guidelines, game the system, or harass and deceive other users.
Trolls are users whose primary goal is to disrupt the community, attack other users, antagonize community managers, and are never interested in a productive outcome. If you engage in troll behavior, we will ask you to leave the Windstream Enterprise Community.
