How Existing OfficeSuite HD Meeting Customers Purchase More Licenses

Most OfficeSuite HD Meeting customers are already familiar with the self-service functionality in MyOfficeSuite (MyOS) to add and manage HD Meeting licenses. It’s all done in real-time so additional users can get up and running with HD Meeting in a matter of minutes. There is no need to call into Windstream Sales or Support.

The customer’s MyOS tenant administrator logs into the MyOS portal with their credentials at:

From the MyOS dashboard select “Manage” on the HD Meeting Licenses widget or select Other Services > HD Meeting from the top navigation.

On the next page the customer will be brought to the OfficeSuite HD Meeting Licenses screen.
