Poly VVX x50 series phones and accessories supported with OfficeSuite UC®

OfficeSuite UC supports four Poly VVX phone models from Poly's x50 series. New OfficeSuite UC customers can select from among these phones at time of proposal and existing customers can add them via the customer portal at the Buy Phones & Accessories page. 

With few exceptions for cordless and conference phones, OfficeSuite UC advises customers to never mix phone manufacturers at the same location and preferably never within the whole of the customer’s tenant. Users of older Poly VVX series desk phones may co-mingle this new set of x50 phones at the same location, but users of Mitel or Verge-WE desk phones should not.

Poly VVX 150 2-line LCD phone:

• Ideal for common areas; lobby, breakroom, copy room, etc.

• Supports up to two EM50 expansion modules

• Supported on the VVX 450 only (sold separately)
• Ideal solution for high call volume handlers, receptionists, call attendants
• 4.3” color LCD
• 30 line keys x 3 pages
• Dual-color LEDs (red, green) for key status
• 1 USB port (side)
• USB connected to VVX 450
• Up to two EM50 expansion modules can be supported on the VVX 450
• Program Line Keys the same as line keys on the phone (Line, One Touch Speed Dial, Monitor BLF, Twinning Pullback, Park Locations, Pick Up Groups and Group Voicemail MWI)
• Optional wall mount kit sold separately

Note: Poly VVX phones can support a combined maximum of 24 line appearances and/or a combined maximum of 50 BLF features provisioned on the phone and all expansion modules.

Poly VVX x50 series summary:

 Poly OBi Wi-Fi adapter: 

Enables Poly VVX phones that have a USB port with Wi-Fi connectivity

Supported on the following VVX phones: 250, 350, 401*, 411*, 450, 500*, 501*, 600* and 601* (each sold separately)

Dual-band 802.11ac, 2.4 GHz and 5GHz frequencies

Wireless Data Encryption with 64/128-bit WEP, WPA, WPA2

Connects to the USB port of the VVX phone and configured via the phone screen by the customer with SSID and password

Recommended to connect and configure first in an Ethernet-wired environment and then switch to Wi-Fi

When using a phone via Wi-Fi only, you must provide the corresponding VVX power adapter (sold separately)

* VVX models no longer available from Windstream, but still supported by OfficeSuite.
