Is it possible to set up a voice mail without an extension ? Could that be an addon ?

We have personnel who have remote offices and would like to forward incoming calls taken by our receptionist regarding general inquiries that are best answered by the remote site person.

    Hi Craig,

    OfficeSuite will only allow a voicemail setup through an extension. The extension provides the address location for the voicemail box.
