Standard Mainentance October 2, 2019

Will calls be directed to the non-business hours set-up during the time of maintenance?  Concerned about emergency calls coming in during the down time.  Maintenance is scheduled 11pm-4am, but should only disrupt service for 15 minutes.

Will we know when those 15 minutes occur?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Kelly,

    Thanks for your question. When maintenance is conducted it will usually occur between midnight and 4am. There is no warning in advance, the system merely does not process any calls during that time. Calls are not automatically redirected but you can proactively setup a redirect to get those calls to go to another number.
