Mitel 6920 Site-Paging

When we initiate a site-wide page not all the phone can here the user speaking, they just receive a tone. Is there a setting that needs to be changed? I was not sure if this was due to the phone extension being set as a location and not a user or if it was based on the seating license.

    Hi Michael,

    There can be several reasons for what you are describing and it doesn't really have much to do with the seat license type, Basic Standard or Advanced. This would require a bit of troubleshooting to find out the exact cause. I would recommend contacting our Support team or entering a trouble ticket to get the issue looked into and resolved. 

  • Issue has been resolved. The problem was in my network configuration on my stack switches. IGMP spoofing needs to be disabled to ensure all phones receive the same traffic.
